the debug packages are from the debug medias.
in a Konsole in root use :    edit-urpm-sources.pl --expert and check the debugs medias.

then you will be able to install : qt4-debug, kdebase4-runtime-debug, kdebase4-workspace-debug

Packages are succesfully installed (used rpm -q to query) however the ?? are not correclty replaced in the bug trace. 
I will continue to investigate for such trace...

However, the description and how to reproduce are the followings:
after a normal boot, on the graphical desktop, if I quickly make several clicks on the menu icon or Kde application launcher icon or task manager, the dashboard disappear, becomme black and re appear with the bug window.

This mal function/bug appears after a complete new installation or after rpm installation which installed a menu entry.
