Version:           3.9.91 (using KDevPlatform 0.9.91) (using 4.2.00 (KDE 4.2.0), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler:          cc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.27-12-generic

When creating a new Run Setting using the plus (+) sign, the path to the executable is stored correctly and I can click the 'Apply' button to save it. 

But if i want for example change the program arguments the 'Apply' button stays disabled and the program arguments are not saved even if i click on the 'OK' button.
