Provide an option to show the ground state electron configuration for an element, e.g.

H (Hydrogen) 1s(1) 
He (Helium)  1s(2) 
Li (Lithium) 1s(2)2s(2)
:
Cr (Chromium) 1s(2)2s(2)2p(6)3s(2)3p(6)3d(5)4s(1)
etc.

Usually, the numbers in parentheses are written as superscripts, and their sum is equal to the number of electrons in the neutral atom (i.e. the atomic number).  This information would be very helpful to a high-school chemistry student, or one at a more advanced level. The shell filling order is also non-obvious once you get past the element argon.
