Description Unknown 2009-02-24 00:50:03 UTC

Hi,
Since the Navigator toolbar is of considerable size, the space for showing Mail is reduced. So I tried to hide the Navigator toolbar by unselecting Settings->Toolbar->Navigator, but it has no effect and the toolbar refuses to hide !!

So I tried to move it down, but there is no Orientation option available for the Navigator toolbar and it refuses to move.

Could you please fix the same?

Thanks a lot...

Hi,
I have a similar issue with the Navigator toolbar. I changed the settings in way, so that the navigatortoolbar shows email, calendar and contacts:
- After that I pressed calendar: then the navigator toolbar moves to the end
- After that I realized the same issue when pressing contacts
(after the movment to the beginning it works for the session)

Now I lunched Kontact the second time and all buttons of the Navigator will be displayed although the settings say still show only email, calendar, contacts)
Best Regards Rico

This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of kontact (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.

Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
