korganizer. calendar. 

Edit exsisting todo item. 
Add attachment with russian letters (utf-8) in the attachment name. 
Save it. 
Close korganizer.
Open korganizer and open todo again. 

(!) Attachment name codepage is wrong...

I see "ÐпиÑалово" in the name. But real name was "Описалово"

I can't reproduce this bug with KDEPIM 4.6 Beta3 (4.5.93), probably, because KDEPIM now uses Akonadi.
