Description Unknown 2009-02-23 05:21:55 UTC
Version: 1.11.0 (using KDE 4.2.0)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

This is an issue especially in the Junk folder where we know from the subject/sender itself whether to delete a mail or not.

But kmail shift+delete (bypass trash and permanently delete) seems to work only if the messages to be deleted are already read, otherwise the confirmation box is not shown and the messages are not deleted !

I think it should work in either case.

Thanks a lot...

I can not reproduce with KDE 4.3.0.
I can Shift-delete a mail in all different states (read, unread, new)
