Description Unknown 2009-02-22 23:00:43 UTC
Version: 1.11.0 (using KDE 4.2.0)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

There is no option in the SystemSettings->Keyboard & Mouse -> Global Keyboard Shortcuts to add custom applications.

For eg. I wanted to have a global shortcut key combination assigned to "System Monitor" application, but there is no option available for that.

I think such an option would be really helpful.

Thanks a lot..,

Go to SystemSettings -> Input Actions.

Thanks a lot... I was able to configure my favourite shortcuts using Input Actions.

But the name "Input Actions" is difficult for a new user like me to associate it with Keyboard Shortcuts !!

Please see bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=164277 for renaming / recategorising Input Actions.
