Version:            (using KDE 4.2.0)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch System Settings
2. Go to Input Actions applet
3. Right click somewhere in the Name/Enabled table on the left side of the applet
4. Choose New Global Shortcut, them Command/URL
5. Type some name, press Enter
6. Right click on newly created shortcut, choose Delete
7. The shortcut is not deleted (it is just deselected)
