Description Maciej Pilichowski 2009-02-21 13:05:04 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.0)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

Happens every time.

I create new message, click "send now" and _immediately_ I get an error "connection timeout". I go to outbox and send from there -- no problem.

It almost look like time of writing the message is counted as time of connecting or timeout is a fraction of millisecond.

Unfortunately I can't reproduce. Is that the only way to get the "connection timeout" message? Any possibility you could dig into this using a debugger?
Comment 2 Maciej Pilichowski 2009-03-28 14:08:57 UTC
No, it is not the only one, but the others look sane -- i.e. there is really some timeout. In this case there is no real timeout. About the debugger, I just checked, I don't see -debug version of knode, and regular version produces no output in gdb. I wouldn't like to compile it by myself because it is live system, i.e. I use it.

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years so I am closing this bug.
