Version: 0.70.0 (using 4.2.00 (KDE 4.2.0), Gentoo) Compiler: gcc OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.27-gentoo-r8 Using default settings (Sans Serif 10) the icon is halfway covered by the contact name, and it's difficult to make out what the icon is. I didn't even realize they were the same icons as in the configuration until I looked closely. The icon just needs to be moved to the right about 1/2CM or 1/8Inch
You can post an screenshot to show the problem graphically :) Thanks
Created attachment 31507 [details] screen shot, (contacts id' smudged to protect the innocent)
i don't see a problem with the screenshot, and i don't see what you describe in the report either.
You must be joking. Icons are halfway covered. look again. As a first time user I had no idea what the icons where.
Does this happen with every network icon ? Or just only with the Jabber one ?
Sorry, I've stopped using this software, as I've found it totally unusable. So I couldn't tell you.
I've gone and looked at the icons on disk themselves, and while it does look somewhat strange for the icon to have that cut off look to it, it's not actually cut off and that's the way the icon is. Sorry you're not using Kopete anymore, but I at least wanted to provide that bit of clarification, just in case somebody also has an issue with the icon and finds this bug report.
