Plasma desktop crashes on startup.

Installed kde4 and all was working fine.  Mapped a Windows drive and saved it as a place in Dolphin.  Restarted the computer to confirm that I had successfully mapped the drive and received the plasma desktop fatal crash error.  Information log provided below.

Tried to do a repair from the install CD and it said that it found errors issues in a partition.  Allowed the repair to auto fix and restarted with the same result.  Reinstalled kde4 from scratch with the same error.

Assume that there is something within my profile that is causing the continual crashing of the plasma desktop upon startup.  This is repeatable everytime I log in with kde4 as my selected schema.

Tried to follow the "Create a useful back trace" but being relatively Linux illiterate have not been able to achieve it, sorry.
