Installed from:    Gentoo Packages

When merging files, KDiff3 offers a simple editor to make changes on the merged file. There is, however, no undo function to revert unwanted text modification steps (e.g. deletions).

Still no undo feature in KDiff3 0.9.97. I use KDE SC 4.12.3 on Fedora 20.
