Installed from:    Mandriva RPMs

Mandriva 2008 Spring
Via KDE 3.5 menu then applications - screensaver. After screensaver is configured and Apply is clicked and page closed I get the KDE crash page. The backtrace report is

I'm guessing it's an NVidia card problem?

Presume previous reporyter was talking about a KContropl crash, this time it System Settings with similar circumstances when trying to review and set screen saver in KDE4.2.0 (Mandriva 2009.1 Cooker)

This backtrace appears to be of no use. [...despite having debug packges installed...]
This is probably because your packages are built in a way which prevents creation of proper backtraces, or the stack frame was seriously corrupted in the crash.
