Description Christopher Bräuer 2009-02-06 15:59:46 UTC
Version: 2.0.1 (using 4.2.00 (KDE 4.2.0) "release 88.4", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.1)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.27.7-9-default

In version 1.4, I had some albums, which are compilations. They were shown under various artist, but the interprets were not seperatly shown under the "group by artist" view mode. This was, what I want. In amarok 2, when I import the database from 1.4, these settings are not imported. The albums are not under various artist but all artists are shown in the "group by artist" view.

Can you fix this, as I have many compilations and otherwise have to change it on every song!

Sorry, this is a huge amount of work. I intentionally did not do a database translation for the converter. What we really need is for Amarok 2 to handle compilations in a sane way.
