Philippe, You can run digiKam 0.9.5 under KDE4 desktop. it use KDE3 library. If these information come from about dialog, it cannot be representative of the reality. In fact media:/ is drived by running desktop. With KDe4, it's slitly different. Also, KDE3 under Mandriva 2009.0 is a mess to setup, and for next Mandriva release KDE3 packages will be removed. here i use KDE 4.1.3 (i'm use Mandriva 2009.0), because i cannot setup a suitable KDE3. To resume, it can be releavant of the distro. Gilles Caulier
Philippe, Can you test with digiKam 0.10.0 running under KDE4 ? thanks in advance Gilles Caulier
sorry i go for a bike trekking camping tomorrow Bordeaux-Bergerac-Aurillac-Lalouvesc (Ardèche) i have no time to dedicate to this pb.
This file is definitively fixed with KDE4 version of digiKam. I close this file now... Gilles Caulier
