Version: 3.1.2 (using 4.1.3 (KDE 4.1.3), Kubuntu packages) Compiler: cc OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.24-21-generic I was downloading a torrent called: Stanley_A_Meyer-House_Meeting_in_NewZealand . It has four videos about how stan meyer supposedly ran his car on water and a small text file it is 1.3Gig in size. Ktorrent said that it had finished and moved it into the uploads tab but the second video was only 87.45% done but the rest were 100%. I right clicked on the torrent and selected "file check" it showed 166 chunks not downloaded. I deleted the torrent and then opened it again to add it back to the list, then ktorrent found the datafiles there and did a file check as usual and found 166 chunks not downloaded. Ktorrent had the torrent in the downloads tab for a few minutes and then said it had finished and moved it to the uploads tab. So I right clicked on the second video and selected "download first" and the whole torrent folder went back into the downloads tab and continued downloading. I wonder if this has anything to do with ktorrent thinking there is no reply from the tracker etc and thinking it is finished (even though it knows the file is not 100%). Web browsers can do this when downloading things; sometimes browsers just finish half way and you have to re-download the file. Just a thought. As far as I know, the only loaded plugin is the one for displaying trackers, peers, info summary etc. Any way I really like this programme (it can use a lot of cpu but it is pretty good). Fisher.
This was fixed in 3.2rc1
