http://www.internetnews.com/software/article.php/3799116/Is+KDE+42+the+Answer+to+the+Linux+Desktop.htm doesn't render correctly on konqueror.

KDE: 4.2 (recent trunk)

Maks: it is the same problem as on linuxtoday.com and also http://itmanagement.earthweb.com as they apparently all use the same menu system.
It seems your patch/revert of #182164 'fixes' it.
