Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

Original Canon software can display "focus squares". It shows few squares on the picture, and one (or more) of them are red. It means the camera has focused on this point.
This information is stored already in EXIF part. For example in german:
"Bildinformation -> Orientierung -> oben - links".
The main part of the function or plugin would be to interpret this information and to paint these squeres.
If necessary I can also send the screenshot from original Canon software.
