Version: 4.2 rc1 (using KDE 4.2.0) Installed from: Ubuntu Packages When running korganizer locally, scrolling up and down is slightly slower than other fullscreen apps like Konqueror. When running korganizer over SSH+X forwarding (which is my primary way of using it) scrolling becomes extremely slow, either when maximized or not. Konqueror, by comparison, scrolls much faster over SSH/X. Also, when hitting refresh, both locally and remotely, it takes about a second to refresh. Seems like a long time to just paint some boxes... I think the problem may be the pixel information for the entire window is repainted for each scroll, not just the new pixel rows? Network usage jumps to 2 MB/sec upload (which is about as fast as my network can go), by comparison, scrolling in a fullscreen konqueror uses 400 KB/sec upload and is smooth and much more screenfuls go by at a time. Note that although the version in korganizer's about window says 4.2 rc1, these are the packages from Kubuntu experimental repo for Intrepid for 4.2.0.
