Description Jonas Pedersen 2009-01-29 19:48:32 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.0)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

I am running Ubuntu Jaunty development branch and after upgrade to KDE 4.2 final it no longer support CPU frequency scaling. In the RC version of 4.2 it did support CPU frequency scaling. I have seen other Ubuntu users complain about the same issue. Under capabilities it says scaling is not supported. Under the profiles I am not able to select any CPU frequency scaling policy.

This have been fixed on my Ubuntu Jaunty installation. It turned out that it was an issue outside KDE.
