Description Jedd 2009-01-27 01:03:27 UTC
Version: 3.1.1 (using KDE 3.5.10)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

The dialog that pops up on the menu call:

Maintenance | Re-read meta data from files

... has 6 radio buttons to configure what to update from the file(s).

These buttons do not retain their state even within the same session.

What I wish for:
o Retention of on/off state for each of those buttons within a single session,
o Better yet, retention of that state between sessions.

If you want to get *really* excited, perhaps if the two dangerous settings - 'Update description' and 'Import tags' are turned on, then a warning if there is a subsequent contention discovered during the metadata re-load.
