Example
send a message with attachment 
click send again
remove attachment
change text
send message

-> the attachment icon should be removed, but is displayed

In kmail 1.11.0 (kde 4.2.0).

I've send again a mail removing the attachments, and the first time, the new sent message showed the attachment icon because it was an HTML message.
The second time, I've changed to plain text, and the new sent message does not have the attachment icon.
