Version: (using KDE 4.1.96) Installed from: Ubuntu Packages In KDE 3 i liked "jump to last selected" whne entering a folder setting the most, the problem in KDE4 is that for folders where there is no last selected because the folder is empty, when getting new mail and going to that folder no mail is selected, so you can't navigate the mails using the keyboard without first clicking in a mail. So, i'd like that when "jump to last selected" is set but there is no "last selected" the first message got selected
I guess what you propose is opposite to what "jump to last selected" says. I still can naviate (in kmail 1.11.0, kde 4.2.0) to the first mail using the right key (->) when there is no mail selected.
No, Jump to last selected just applies if there is a "last selected" if there's no last selected, giving me a selected message is the logical thing in my mind. After all i clicked that folder so i want to read mail there no?
