We should get a new look for the presence applet that is more usable and beautiful, ie. designed by someone with more artistic ability than me ;).

Feature done.

The presence plasmoid has now a brand new layout featuring the following changes:

- Global presence and individual (user account) presence.
- Plasmoid extender support.
- Works attached on desktop and/or taskbar.
- Shows account avatar, alias, name, presence status and message.
- Supports Online, Away, Busy, Invisible and Offline status.
