We should implement the new spec-compliant AccountManager startup mechanism (and use an appropriate app-specific dbus name) once it is implemented in the telepathy spec.

This AM should also be started automatically on launching a KDE session using the mechanism.

This cannot proceed until the AM startup mechanism exists in the upstream telepathy specification at least in draft form.
