Mh, the QuickAccess plasmoid isn't maintained by KDE itself, however the backtrace shows some things from libkonq. (maybe it has undercovered a KDE real issue)

If you can reproduce the crash at will, may you read http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports and post a complete backtrace here? Thanks :)

Comment 2 Jonathan Thomas 2009-02-12 14:36:59 UTC
We have a downstream bug where right-clicking in a folderview creates a crash with the same backtrace. (https://launchpad.net/bugs/328411)
It would seem, then, that there really is an issue in libkonq regarding this. The backtrace we have is also incomplete, so I am pinging the reporter for a better backtrace downstream.
Comment 3 Dario Andres 2009-03-26 00:18:29 UTC
Reassigning to Konqueror (libkonq)
Marking as NEEDSINFO.

SVN commit 1071275 by dfaure:

Show more info about the servicetype that is not found, and remove the assert.
So, if anyone still has issues with a servicetype (e.g. an okular plugin not being found),
include the output of the application, not just the backtrace.
