Description Volker Kuhlmann 2009-01-18 01:51:15 UTC
Version: 0.20 (using 3.5.10 "release 21.11" , openSUSE )
Compiler: Target: x86_64-suse-linux
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.27.7-9-default

The extension .lzma is not recognised, and the file not decompressed before viewing. Error about octet-stream results.

Could you please whether it works in Okular or not? Also, if not, could you attach a test-case archive?
Comment 2 Volker Kuhlmann 2012-10-19 07:25:45 UTC
No it does not work in okular either.

The problem is simply that neither kghostview nor okular are able to detect the compression scheme used. FWIW gv doesn't do either.

You don't need a test case for this, it's obvious.
If you really can't work out such triviality yourself, try this:

date >date.text
enscript date.text >date.ps
lzma date.ps
okular date.ps.lzma
