- Press again Ctrl key and select some files/folders.
- Stop press Ctrl key, go to other folder, and paste the files/folders.

I think this could only add extra issues like:
- "how do I check the list of selected files?"
- "how to easily modify the selected files on other folders"
- "how to solve conflicts?" (for example cut some folders and paste to sub folders)
- "how the directory structure would be managed?"

For which use cases would this feature be useful?

Probably it should be better a solution like bug #144384 and bug #200461 .
