Version: (using KDE 4.1.1) OS: Linux Installed from: Ubuntu Packages smb://server:port/share does not actually change the destination port. No syntax appears to control which port smb should connect to; currently, ports 445 and ports 139 are always tried.
Confirmed with KDE Frameworks 5.47.
Seems to be working for me on latest stable versions? - add `smb ports = 2222 2000` to global section of smb.conf - restart smbd - `ss -tulpen` reports smbd listening on 2222 and 2000 only - enter `smb://test.local:2222` into dolphin - shares are listed - clicking on share opens it and lists content - clicking on a file opens it Looking at the git history this should have even worked since 2003... Can you still reproduce the problem? If so, can I get an actual step by step guide of how to reproduce this on a new installed system?
