Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages

When the width or the height of a selection is 1px and I rotate it, I can not move the selection after the rotation.

Can reproduce when I rotate the selection by 90 degree

I've encountered the same problem, and it's even happened with wider selections (i.e.: 20x50 px)
