Please upload the file somewhere (or attach it here), so that we can try to reproduce the problem.
I've uploaded an example file to http://www.schwall.de/2005-omc-01_dizzy_bee-funky_dollar_bill.ogg ... it's not the one mentioned above, but another one for which the same problem exists. It seems to be the case that it's always all files from one folder (=album) that aren't shown in amarok. In this case, the folder is ~/Musik/omc/omc_01/, where Musik is a link to another hard drive. All my music is on that drive and is accessed via the link, so probably the link is not the problem.
Ok Johannes, I've downloaded your track, and it was actually scanned fine here. So I assume that you've hit a bug with the collection scanner that I fixed yesterday in SVN.
