This happens on each and every startup.just after the login window the whole desktop gets inverted and then suddenly kwin crashes and then everything back to normal again and the followin error code is generated:

The application KWin (kwin) crashed and caused the signal 11 (SIGSEGV).

hey im a noob,but when i upgraded to KDE 4.2,the crash did not occur again,will try to reproduce the crash again with some widgets enabled(did not have any widgets enabled in KDE 4.2 on startup)

As there is no response I assume that the bug is fixed.

updating my KDE 4.2 RC1 resolved the issue
