The correct time that should be shown is '12:46 am' almost missing is the '1' from 12 and 'am' is almost 'an' from the screenshot (lower right corner). btw this happens only if the hour consists of 2 digits, if got example the time is 1:06 am, this gets rendered correctly, but 12:46 am does not.

hmm are you sure this bug is a duplicate of bug #178953 ?
