If some application opens the folder-dialogue (or select folder, if that describes it better), it selects the user's home folder by default. However the folder is not expanded.

If the user selects another folder it is expanded. So why not expand the first folder, if selecting == expanding and saving the user a click.

Works for me in KDE Frameworks 5.45.
