Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

Often I find that my wireless network is somehow not configured. The only way to restart the network is to downgrade to the command line and type rcnetwork as root.  I would like an option to restart from the KNetworkmanager system tray icon.

Show and hide the connect / disconnect button when hovered

This way, we reduce visual clutter a bit while making the popup a
bit more interactive.
