Version:           4.1.3 (KDE 4.1.3) (using 4.1.3 (KDE 4.1.3), MS Visual Studio 2005 SP1)
Compiler:          cl.exe
OS:                Microsoft Windows (i686) release 5.1 (XP Professional)

Flash plugin is absent and not installed from adobe.com and there are no option "Plugins" in "Configure  Konqueror" and Netscape plugins.
My OS is Windows XP and version   Konqueror 4.1.3

There is no nspluginviewer available under Windows... To port it, 
it'd have to be adjusted to be able to embed the viewer window in the part, 
(whatever the equivalent of QX11Embed* is on Qt/Win) and to also embed the plugin window in the viewer as appropriate (should be somewhat modular --- needs a new host class, most likely), and there may be other portability issues, of course.

Flash and Netscape plugins are no longer supported.
