If konqueror is scrolled when access keys enabled, the hints scroll with the links, but the hints rendered at the original position are not erased -> you get multiple copies of the hints at various vertical positions on the page.

This sounds exactly like a bug reported earlier, I'll mark it as a duplicate. Will, please reopen this report if I'm wrong!
