Version: 2.10.999 (using 4.1.3 (KDE 4.1.3), Kubuntu packages) Compiler: cc OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.27-9-generic Hi, trying to decompress a big rar file (4GB) fails, in the sense that it only decompress part of the big file, with no error message. Running the command: unrar e file.rar decompress it without problems. Thanks for ark! Pablo
And from https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=462020 I've tried to extract some big rar archive (800 MB), the file extracted by ark is truncated. Ark doesn't give any error message. Size of truncated file is variable. I've tested with many different rar files, from 800 MB to 1 GB, and I always obtain a truncated file. Extraction with unrar works.
Confirmed on the 4.1.x version of Ark, but not on the current trunk version. Will try to find the problem.
