When translated, this string is frequently longer than will fit in the default window size.  As a result the listview shows a horizontal scrollbar, and the item itself is not readable.

Suggestion: replace the listview with an ActiveLabel or similar when the list of accounts is empty, as this will expand the layout to fit the translated text.

I'm new on Ubuntu. When I click on "add contact" doesn't happen anything. Could someone help? Thanks, friends!

this bug is still reproducable.

Dear user, unfortunately Kopete is no longer maintained.

Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat.
