New download dialog should not appear when kget is used with konqueror and the option "ask for download directory for each download" is set. In this case "save as" dialog should appear immediately.

When saving something from Konqueror we just have the "Save as..." dialog now, KGet automatically gets the download folder and filename and saves the file...
