Description Syam 2008-11-28 23:37:59 UTC
Version: 1.3.3 (using KDE 4.1.3)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Fedora RPMs

In KDE 4 version of akregator, the number of unread articles in a feed are displayed as a column in the left pane.
IMHO, it is not nice to have a separate column with just that info, especially since it'll be mostly 0 (once I've read my feeds, it doesn't look kice to see 20 rows of zero!).

The older scheme (with number shown in brackets) was easier and finer.

I was about to create a new WISH, then found this report.

I second this opinion - "Please, revert to the old Akergator style of showing new articles", the new one is an unnecessary mess.
