Issuing a collection rescan doesn't clear the images table, which means that albums are then showed with incorrect artwork as album ids have changed whilst image ids which reference them have not.

A workaround would be to delete all from the images table, but this would cause us to lose information about which images have been unset, or custom images which are used.
