Compiler:          gcc

Send a signed message (Only _one_ private key is imported):
-> You have to select your own certificate. 
If this is the only private key Kleopatra should select the certificate automatically and should not show the selection dialog. 
Exception: Only if a conflict happens (e.g. because more than one private certificates are found) the certification selection dialog for sign should be shown.

Analog for send a encrypted message (Only one certificate of the recipient address is imported):
-> You have to confirmed the certificate of the recipient.
Same case: Kleopatra should select/confirmed the certificate automatically and should not show any selection dialogs as long as no conflicts happens.

I'll test it with current Kleopatra and Gpg4win.
