Description Frank James 2008-11-25 09:10:04 UTC
Version: 2.1.3 (using KDE 4.1.3)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

One thing I'd like to see in KGet is the ability to add mirrors to downloads, and perhaps even have an option to search for them - like Free Download Manager. In that program, you can add mirrors via a user-friendly GUI and click a button at the bottom to search for more. It would be great to have this in KGet, preferably accessed easily via the context menu when right-clicking a download.

In trunk now.

Mirrors can be added to downloads via the transfer settings dialog.

The automatic searching for mirrors has been supported for a while (for the multisekgio plugin).
