Hi,

this time I want to propose a little modification of digikam.
Namely, when in the tag view "my tags" is clicked I get kind of an introducing screen for digikam, compared to clicking on a tag which has subtags, then all the images with the subtags are displayed... the same happens in calenderview, if I click on 2008, I get all pictures of 2008...
so my wish, when "my tags" is clicked, I would like to see all images with a tag. I think this is also usefull for organisation... I give tags corresponding to subjects and individual ratings, now I want to have an overview of the global rating, to see all best rated images for example. Up to now I have to do a global search or mark all years in timeline view, which is pretty slow, if you have a large database... but the tagged images are only a few and displaying them is a lot faster, so I want to see all tagged images... ok, a workaround would be to create a tag "tagged" and add it to all tagged images, but thats not really nice and not a good example of usability;-)

Comments on this? Is it hard to implement this? Will it happen?

greets, mike.
