Version:            (using KDE 4.1.3)
Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages

Hi i have a set of files that have an unknown encoding which looks like foo??bar.jpg but when selecting then to delete i'm not able to do so, i have to open the terminal and rm ...

i can create a tar ball with then inside if that helps.

You can test those, you'll see that you can't even enter the folder, nor open those pdfs(if you cp then to outside the dir)
