A11Y -- shutdown dialog: no real difference between active button and inactive one

I can hardly spot any difference between the activate button and inactive. With elegance theme, the inactive is dark and active is also dark but with subtle "light".

This is wrong -- there should be sign in shape and color of being active. Double border would help.
