Description Daniel Welch 2008-11-16 20:49:16 UTC
Version: 0.10.0-beta3 (using 4.1.2 (KDE 4.1.2), Mandriva Linux release 2009.0 (Official) for i586)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.27.4-desktop586-2mnb

when clicking 'view' button on toolbar, or pressing 'enter' with a thumb nail selected, digikam displays a blank area. Expected the picture to be displayed, fitted to the area.

slideshow works fine. same issue on 'full screen' mode as windowed

added 'Testing' repo and downloaded 0.10.0-1Beta5.1mdv2009.0 versions of digikam, libdigikam1, and libdigikamdata1.

digikam -v results in
Qt: 4.4.3
KDE: 4.1.2 (KDE 4.1.2)
digiKam: 0.10.0-beta5

This bug is still present.

Attaching 'log' from running digikam from a terminal, and a screen-shot. note the zoom is '0%' and impossible to change.

same results for any picture orientation.

This is most likely the same as #173746.
(Currently the number one most developer-annoying bug of digikam)
