Version:           0.60.2 (using KDE 4.1.2)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

using kubuntu 8.10  wuby install. whenever i try to configure kopete it crashes.
Select Settings- Configure 
Kopete opens dialog very briefly (like a tenth of  a second) before crashing.

on same hardware no problems on gutsy (with kde 3.5)

Same backtrace and description as bug #174390. You dont by any chance have a pvr-150 tv card, do you?

Thanks! Then it ideed is the same problem as bug #174390. If you are interested in a quick and dirty solution: Removing the card seems to help...
