Version:           Konqueror 4.1.2 (KDE 4.1.2) (using KDE 4.1.2)
Compiler:          gcc version 4.3.2 (GCC) 
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Mandriva RPMs

If i want to add popups of the files or a bigger size of icons on all folders
it never register the config settings i've made.

Thanks for the bug report. This looks very much like an issue that was reported before.
